Available Time Slots

Our studio is available for bookings in two timeframes:

- Half-Day (5 hours): Choose between 09:00-14:00 or 14:00-19:00.
- Full Day (10 hours): 09:00-19:00.

If you need to extend your booking beyond these times or require a reservation after 19:00, please let us know in advance.

Cancelling or Rescheduling Policy:


If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us a call or send us an email. You can make changes or cancel without a fee up to 72 hours before your booking.

Payment Information

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of at least 50% of the total invoice amount. The remaining balance should be settled within 2 days after your booking.

What If I Accidentally Damage Something?

If any damage occurs, please inform us right away. Our terms require you to have liability insurance.

Main Door Policy: 

The main door must always be closed. Please ensure that the door is properly closed behind you when entering and leaving the studio.

Use of the Hallway

It is not allowed to shoot in the hallway. This is to prevent disturbance to the neighbours.

Food and Drinks:

Food and drinks are not included in your booking, besides unlimited tea and coffee.

If you prefer, our floor manager can arrange catering for you—just reach out for breakfast/lunch options or other details. All extra food and drink costs will be added to your invoice with a 9% VAT. Feel free to bring your own drinks or use delivery services like Uber Eats.
